Product Launch

Introducing new goods and services can lead to rapid success for anybody these days. Why are entrepreneurs able to accomplish feats that astonish big companies? Entrepreneurs have no legacy systems to replace, so they're far more open to finding one. They're willing to risk more and implement the best available new strategy.

Be entrepreneur- like. Forget Six Sigma and complex business plans for now. Focus on your customer's need and what you can do for them. Close the customer feedback loop and create something they will value.

We do things as detailed as we need to be - but we are ever so willing to sacrifice text book matrix's for street smarts. Our intention is to speed up the process to market. We'll help you determine: if you have a market for your product and if so - what do they (your consumers) want that product or service to do for them? How will you make money on this new product? How does it fit into your current offering? What do you want it to do in the future? Where will you sell it? How will it be packaged and promoted? What will your contracts with suppliers need to do for you? How many employees will you need to support your new product?

Product creation services include: Market analysis, product requirements, product management, product life cycle planning, financial forecasting, consumer testing, branding, packaging, product launch activities and sales development.
